About me
Law degree – Single-cycle Master's degree from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.
A lawyer registered with the Milan Bar, I have gained experience in criminal law and corporate administrative liability arising from crime, providing assistance and advice to natural and legal persons, including foreign nationals.
I specialise in drafting the organisation, management and control models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and I serve as a member of Supervisory Bodies.
I also provide assistance and advice to companies on corporate contracts. I practise in Milan and in Sicily.
