Corporate liability – Legislative Decree 231/2001

Legal assistance on the administrative liability of entities for offences under Legislative Decree 231/2001, in both judicial and out-of-court settings. In particular, we defend the entity in proceedings for offences committed in the interest and/or to the advantage of individuals in senior or subordinate positions. In the out-of-court phase, we provide assistance and advice for the preparation, implementation and updating of the organisation, management and control models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 for legal entities operating in a wide range of sectors.

Supervisory Body

In the context of the administrative liability of entities for offences, I accept appointments as a member or Chair of the Supervisory Body.

Whistleblowing

We support legal entities in complying with Legislative Decree 24/2023 on the protection of persons who report breaches of European Union law and breaches of national provisions (whistleblowing). We provide assistance and advice on the requirements of the legislation, including the drafting of the whistleblowing procedure. I accept appointments as a reports manager.

Corporate contracts

We provide assistance and advice to individuals and businesses:

• In identifying the type of contract best suited to the client's needs and requirements
• In conducting negotiations, through to drafting and preparing the contract
• In reviewing the contract where necessary
• In the termination or dissolution of the contract

Legal aid

I am registered in the list of defence lawyers qualified for State-funded legal aid (Patrocinio a Spese dello Stato) in criminal matters, which guarantees access to those below a certain income threshold. For some matters and categories of persons, the law sets no income limit. After reviewing your situation, including its financial aspects, we will assess together whether the conditions for access to State-funded legal aid are met.
